You have to dump the games to usb as a folder of files.

You can’t “decrypt a disc” on a pc, it’s has to be done with KEX on a console, so on 4.74 use the dumper payload.

You can also only decrypt games up to your console firmware version, so 5.05 games can’t be dumped on 4.74.

So just to confirm - you can't make decrypted disc dumps. The only thing you can do is dump the filesystem of games as long as they are within a certain system version?

Yeah.

You can’t make a 1:1 of the disc, you dump the decrypted disc FS as “cusaxxxxx-app” to a usb drive, then on pc use gen.gp4 and pubgen to make a fakesigned pkg.

The discs you can dump must be <= your console version. And your console must be KEX compatible, so 1.76/4.05/4.55/4.74/5.01/5.05
