Homebrew How to Create RetroArch USB Forwarder? (CustomizeMii)

I am trying to learn my way around CustomizeMii. I read the docs from top to bottom, decided I wanted to create a USB forwarder for RetroArch, but read that some programs are not designed to work as Forwarders and will need a special forwarder for the purpose.

Having create a RetroArch channel and launched it only to crash my Wii, I presume it needs a special forwarder. Where do I go about getting/creating one for it as well as some of the other emulators out there such as UAE?

take the retroarch forwarder from here that works on both wii and vwii and load it in customizemii as source and change the icon and banner pics and whatever with replace (or add if you know how to edit the brylt and brlan and stuff)
