Hacking How to create a Nintendo ID correctly for hacking

Hi all. I am in the process of modifying my daughter's Wii U. I will buy one of the required games, but I need a Network ID for this. Since it's her Wii U, when I try to open the eshop it asks me to create a Network ID, and it tries to assign it to her Mii. But in the process it asks for her birthday, and tells me to enter an adult email. For the process to work, should I create a Network ID for her (she is 9 years old and it's her Wii) or should I create a new Avatar and assign the account to myself, even though I will never actually use the Wii myself, only when I am playing with her as a secondary player. I know this might be a silly question, but I haven't seen a similar concern in the forums, and there is no mention in the Noob guide. This might not actually be a hacking question but a Network ID creation. Sorry for this, since is the first time I create one. I didn't have to create one for our Wii. Thanks!!!!!

make an adult account but use her mii in it.
