I downloaded a Skyward Sword torrent. The result of downloading the torrent file was 93 files called su-zssu.r(00 through 92), along with the cover image and a file called su-zssu.rar. what do I do with these files?

Select all files like that, right click, and extract with WinRAR or 7zip
