How to batch amplify MP3s without clipping?

It's very boring to do the same operation with every mp3 with audacity.

Does it clip the pitch of the songs?
I'm now importing all MP3s in audacity.
Edit: audacity doesn't work because every song has it's own highest and lowest pitch. Now trying mp3gain.
