Homebrew How to access EShop (11.0.0-33u)

Hello, so I've been lurking on GBAtemp and the hacking scene for a while. I decided it was finally time to hack my 3DS so when I found an entrypoint using freakyhax. The great thing about this was is that I had freaky forms, I got it as a gift from a friend. I played through the game for about an hour and then went onto the homebrew. Eventually I got through the whole tutorial and was able to boot up Homebrew for the first time. The only thing I've installed to this day is PCHex++. I wanted to download pokemon yellow and a dsi game but I can't access the eshop anymore because. I wanted to know if there was anyway I can access the eshop on a 11.0.0-33u New 3DS XL without updating/hardmodding.

Menuhax don't work with ctr-httpwn. Some info that soundhax will work with it ?

There isn't any current news about soundhax, wait for the 33c3
