to get it clear for once and ever
a patched game
is an iso-file that has been patched with backup creator
this is simply done by right-clicking on the iso
then select open with...
and select the backup-creator
NOTE: the iso+backup-creator.exe+common-key file MUST BE IN THE SAME MAP
a 1:1 game
it's a normal iso, like the one u back-upped or downloaded
its ready for burning right away
how to burn them
well i use ImgBurn with a writing speed of 4x and dvd-r
with this combo u have in my opinion the most efficient way of burning
for edits
