Hacking how ready your iso before burning

to get it clear for once and ever

a patched game
is an iso-file that has been patched with backup creator
this is simply done by right-clicking on the iso
then select open with...
and select the backup-creator
NOTE: the iso+backup-creator.exe+common-key file MUST BE IN THE SAME MAP

a 1:1 game
it's a normal iso, like the one u back-upped or downloaded
its ready for burning right away

how to burn them
well i use ImgBurn with a writing speed of 4x and dvd-r
with this combo u have in my opinion the most efficient way of burning

A Decrypted game has been run through backup creator. And a 1:1 game is an exact copy of an original disc. as far as downloaded iso's go.... well we won't get into that discussion, but some come pre-patched or scrubbed. Sorry to be picky but if your trying to help clear confusion at least get the facts right

Burn at the recommended speed of the disc if your burner supports it.

I burn at 16x speed.

actualy the decryped game is then patched so that the save data saves to the wii memory like a normal game, and not to the homebrew channel

that's the max speed, not the recommended speed. burning around 4x is perfect for wii and other games, like ps2.

Nope your wrong - its been proven that burning at max disc speed results in more playable games for people.
Some have burnt games at 8x that work fine and tried 4x and they keep failing.

Granted it is dependant on the drive you have and the discs your using , but in general if you burn at the max your drive can handle then you get the best results UNLIKE ps2 games.

If the disc says "16x" on it, then the recommended speed of that disc is 16x.

If it says 4x, then its 4x...etc..

If your DVD burner cant burn at the discs' recommended speed, then its time to get a new burner.
