ROM Hack How I can change the pokemon ORAS minisprites?

Hi,first of all,sorry for my english,I´m from Spain xD.I have two questions:
1)Were are the pokemon minisprites in the romfs and how I can modify it?
2)How I change the first Professor Birch speaking in the beginning of the game? I was watching the Poke3ds txt files and I didnt found the text.
