Hardware How good is this computer?

Found something similar from a local classifieds site that I may be able to get for $100, I'm pretty sure that's a good deal but would a build like that run something like unreal? (I'll be using Linux not Windows so drivers and stuff)

I would say this is a low end build. Good for multimedia and some 720p gaming but nothing more than that. Also, the PSU is an absolute overkill.

How hard would it be to upgrade it in the future?

I'd say you'd need a new mobo,gpu and cpu

Upgrading is not an issue as long as you have money, but the tricky part here is that the CPU is really old as well as the mobo. The RAM is pretty decent, so if you would go on upgrading you would need a new mobo and a new CPU - if all the parts you listed are actually in the rig that is. Regarding the GPU a cheap 750 ti will play most games these days at 1080p with medium to high settings.

All in all its a good investment if all you listed can be purchased for only $100
