A non-chip DVD homebrew method is being worked on right now, it'll take a little while, but give it time and they'll get it!

WHAT, someone is cheaky aint they, i dont think anyone should help you for anything again, because not only have i told you over on QJ, about 3 people here have told you aswell, please go away.

Dude usb card readers are like $1.50 USD. You will have to buy one. Or I guess you could program your own emulator using the new dvd access library.

Remember to release it to the public when your done!

There are some gamecube mode emus that will let you run off dvd. If you search in the right places you will find some.

Of course, they are gamecube controller only.

wtf? did someone leave the kindergarten gate open again?
if you want a snes emulator that reads roms off dvd, fucking write one yourself.
and then shoot your parents for completely failing to teach you manners.

Actually, to boot a Wii Homebrew from DVD, you have to make a Trucha Modified Disc and somehow replace the main dol with the application dol of your choice. However, most Wii emulators currently does not have DVD loading support for roms.

But you can still use Gamecube emulators on your Wii, just make a GC bootable disc like described here
Obviously Gamecube emulators does not support the wiimote.
