ok, lets make a user up, we'll call him Mr.XX
well if Mr.XX posts a rom site or links straight to a rom which is against the rules, does the rom site stay up there until a mod or someone takes it off, or does it immediately get removed when Mr.XX posts it?
And does Mr.XX get a warning or something like that and if so is it like 10% of his warnings or what?

No I am not planning on doing this, I am just curious.

Mr.XX would have to be reported until a mod notices it, then they take it off.

Mr.XX probably gets warned or if the mod's lenient, they'll just have their link removed.
If they're just spamming, they'll end up banned. Seen it over 245350505053242648 times.
