Previously i have been searching through youtube and found a new method of pokegennin via web browser and sd card (video i learned from).
i feel as if this exploit can be used for greater things. I so i wanted to know if someone could help me understand how this exploit worked and if it could be used for other things (like cheap applications)

I don't think it's easy to explain how it works, but yes, it could be use to make ramhacks of other games, but so far no dev has shown interest in making one for another game.

And also, this is very old, not new at all. And the title of this thread is not descriptive.
