Could someone help me and tell me how to make nintendont Acknowledge a primary partition in NTFS

I tried to make her run in USBLOADERGX and CONFIGURABLEUSB and even directly NINTENDONT but I have not logreado nothing

Please help

Fat/Fat32 partition only work
