Hacking How do you install cfw apps on a already cfwed system

Hi my friend bought a 3ds and we are trying to find a way to install things like the homebrew launcher fbi launcher and jksv save manager but cannot find a way to do it the system already has cfw i just need to know how to install these things

Make sure you have boot.3dsx (HB Launcher) in the root of your SD.

My friend did switch hb title app relaunched download play and got this error

I hope this mentioned to you the 3rd time catches your attention, but your friend forgot to add the boot.3dsx to his SD card; missing boot.3dsx means no Homebrew Launcher to launch to.
