Hacking How do you add and use cheats?

Where do you add cheats on the cyclo and how do you activate them for the specific game in the cyclo menu?

To use cheats you have to download a cheat file such as the one Rayder puts together:

I believe you place "user.evoCheats" in a folder called "user". Make sure you activate it by the 3rd icon on the CycloDS menu.
