ROM Hack How do I use Reggie! Next?

It just loads to a folder select and when I select a folder, it tells me to select the stage folder folder, meaning it's running in NSMBW mode. Any ideas?

I had the same problem a few hours ago, and only following this step at this post ( https://gbatemp.net/threads/the-unofficial-guide-of-nsmb2-hacking.380325/ ), I managed to make it work with NSMB2:

Step 9: Go to Reggie! Next (NSMB2 fork). Select wherever you put the Course folder at. It will load the first stage of NSMB2.

Step 9.5: If if gives an error telling you you need a Texture/Stage folder, you didn't copy the Unit folder to the Course folder! Just sayin'.

Not sure if this work with other Reggie Next versions, but I downloaded the program through the link provided at that post, also.

There we go! Finally. Putting unit into course did it for me. Thanks!
