Hacking how do i uninstall cios???

while i was installing some cios (i believe it was 249 or something like that), it gave me an error message...
something like 'can't find xxxxxxx, ret = -1,
then immediately said "successfully installed cios"... which is a false message i believe.
so anyway, how do i uninstall it?
i believe this installed a bad cios on my wii and i need to get rid of it....

or can i just install the same cios again? will it just overwrite it so i don't have to uninstall it?
i'm confused.. help plz.

Use the CiOS Uninstaller from Waninkokot then re-install it .
