How do I stop the video player from appearing

On every page load, there's a video player appearing with some sort of unrelated video and a tiny teeny X button that's easy to miss.

Is it some sort of ad or is it something else? In the videos I never see a product being promoted or anything like that, but it's getting annoying to have to close it every single time I load a new page on GBATemp.

It's a different video to that. It's been brought up in the thread specifically for ads already, so hopefully the admins have eyes on the issue.

I'm not sure what video you're talking about but I don't see any video playing with Mullvad browser on the default settings. It might be because the Mullvad browser has uBlock Origin enabled by default.

The video player is back once again, appearing on every page load.
