how do i start polls

iv bin here for a few months now but how do i start polls

Click New Topic -->Under topic description it says "Poll Options Click here to manage this topic's poll "

Just click there and you should be able to fill in a poll title, poll questions and poll answers.

You have to reach forum level 20 (4484577 total forum experience required) before you're able to start polls.

Do a 'Full Edit' your first post & right at the top you should see
