How do I select a level in Flower?

I know I'm supposed to tilt the controller so the camera moves over one of the flowers, but nothing happens if I tilt it. The tilt icon tilts but the camera stays still. Wit some fiddling around I can usually get it to work, but it's still annoying having to mess around for 2 minutes whenever you want to select a level.

EDIT: Sorry, I was stupid. Icon arrows pointed right so I did that but I had to tilt left. Still seems not to work occasionally, though...
