Hacking How do I save properly

Just got a Gateway and im loving it!

Play Zelda A Link Between worlds and in the game you use weather vanes to save is that it?

I thought with flash carts you had to do something else

After saving, press the Home button, then press the X button. It should then say "Closing Software", or "Saving and closing Software". Then just restart the game and make sure you still have a save file.

As Huntereb said, you use the Home -> X to close.

I'm not sure how good the beta2 release is, but the beta1 had some issues where it wouldn't save/close successfully for me. I just kept re-launching my 3DS until it successfully saved right in the beginning, then I was golden then on out.

For extra precaution I like to wait a few seconds after pressing home and before hitting close, just to make sure the save is fully being transferred to the SD card.
