Homebrew How do I release themes on 3dsthemesarchive?

I want to release some themes i made on https://3dsthemesarchive.site/ but I don't know how? I try to release them on https://themeplaza.eu/ but it was denied because I need to make a preview with usagi or yata. I made the themes on a school mac laptop. To make my themes, i used yata online: https://exelix11.github.io/Yata-online/. I made the music file on my computer which supports windows 7. I try running usagi or yata on the computer but it won't work. So I had to create the preview in https://pixlr.com/editor/ by making the preview like a splash screen preview.

Here my custom themes and splash screen (the splash screen is called New3DSXLMenu.zip)

3dsthemesarchive is an archive of themes put on a website before it was a
taken down (At least, i'm pretty sure that's the case) so you wouldn't be able to put themes there. For theme plaza, i don't know what to do,

ok thanks for the replying and if that was the case then its a shame to see 3dsthemesarchive be shutdown when its one of the best websites to upload 3ds themes.

3dsthem.es got shutdown because they didnt pay. that site you listed is just an archive of the old themes
go submit ur themes to themeplaza.eu

3dsthemearchive is an Archive. You probably can't upload to that. Go to Theme Plaza if your looking to upload.
