Homebrew How Do I Re-Install Homebrew?

I need to install it again because I deleted the IOS58...

I download again Letterbomb and when I click the letterbomb it either freezes the console or it would say the thing is valid and be stuck on the piracy thing when it says that if you bought the software then you were scammed. I tried another SD card (SDHC) and it doesn't even show up.

You guys know how I can get it back?

Also I know that you can do it if you format the system but I do not want do to that. Other solutions?

It takes about 3 minutes before you can continue by pressing "a" button, you will be prompted.
