ROM Hack How do I pokesav pkms from 0?

I got Pokemon Black and downloaded a sav
But I want to create pkmns in pokesav from 0 that work in Random Wifi
So how exactly do I do it?

It's rather hard to make a Pokemon out of scratch.

I'd recommend just getting a random trash pokemon (like that beaver thing) and edit that with some information from a wiki like Bulbapedia. You'll make a a great, real Pokemon that way.
