I dumped Resident Evil Revelations and ended up with 3D0 and 3D1 files. How can I join these into a single 3DS file?

Create a new text file, inside type:

Save it as "join.bat", make sure your 2 pieces and this file are in the same directory, then run it and it should put them together.

The system cannot find the file specified.
Press any key to continue . . .

ID = Rom ID, whatever is named like RXHT.3D0

This is something really basic, yet Gateway has failed during so long to have this information out there where people can find it, even really active people who are constantly in the scene like @wormdood haven't come across to it, guess there is always something new you can learn ;)

yes admittedly my gateway knowledge is . . . lacking.:O but in all honesty as you pointed out they don't make gateway knowledge . . . easy to come upon but i will try to keep this under my hat as scds2+ will have gateway emu and im sure a bunch of people will get one "i know i will . . . that reminds me i gotta carve that pumpkin and see if i can win one firstB-) lol"

Actually those are command prompts (cmd) rather than "gateway knowledge" but I guess it really doesn't matter as long as ut works :P

I always liked that you could use several Gateway features without having a Gateway flashcart, just with the launcher itself.

I guess they didn't really stop and think their nand/rom backup and format emunand features were going to be abused by so many people who don't really care about their card.

They surely wanted to protect their emunand usage by locking the access through the redcard tho... but people still found a way to bypass that with CFW's :yay:

On Unix (Mac OS / linux), you would use
    Code:
    cat bla.3d0 bla.3d1 > bla.3ds
