Hacking how do i install the usb 2 ios?

i have wanin's cios 249 rev8, and i can install wads, but when i try to install the cios usb 2, it says "exit with error 1"
I even downgraded back to 3.2 by downgrader 1.2, and still it would not let me install it. On my new downgraded 3.2 setup, i was able to reinstall the ios16 wad, so i know should be able to get this to install right? so why can'nt i? Any help, please.

....Or do i even need the usb 2.0 ios. I have heard that you just need the usb loader 1.0, and the newest cios249(revision 9), while others say you need the usb 2 ios too....... Help!

Problems with Sandisk Ultra II SDHC Card 4GB

works fine with the 2gb sd

If this help's after I installed System Menu 4.0U

SD Cards Work Fine Any Where, like always!!! just not the Sandisk Ultra II SDHC Card 4GB

1) SDHC Card Won't Load in Wad Manager 1.3 SDHC - when Listing get's a Ret = -1 Error

2) SoftMii Tweak Toy - Also get's the Ret = -1 error when Trying to List.

Even When I DownGraded Back to 3.2U System Menu...
SDHC Card's in WadManager 1.3 SDHC Version
Wouldn't List Any Wad's!!! error Ret = -1

The Sandisk Ultra II SDHC Card 4GB Works fine in the Wii System Menu 4.0 can transfer & Copy, View ect...

Just Can't use it in the wad manager 1.3 SDHC Version...

So There maybe There Is A Problem With My Fatlib driver or Something?
