Hacking How do i install ps2 games?

I have my slim ps3 console with ps3hen set up, i followed this guide: https://www.psx-place.com/threads/tutorial-convert-psx-ps2-psp-games-for-ps3xploit-3-0-han.16690/

I followed the steps 1 to 12 successfully, but in step 13 it asks me to inject the rif file either through the hen exploit (doesnt explain how) or an alternate method but I couldnt get the program to work.
So could anyone please provide a clear set of instructions for these 2 steps?

On proper CFWs, you install .rap licenses by using an homebrew like PsnPatch (if you already have an user with official store activation on the console) or reActPSN (otherwise) (or by using PSN Liberator to combine them with the pkg beforehand, but I'm not sure if that's applicable to PS2 packages)

I'm not sure how well they work on HEN - but if they do the solution is clear...
Additionally if HEN implements the appropriate Cobra features, you should be able to run isos directly by mounting them through a *man homebrew (same caveat applies)
