Homebrew How do I install Plugins on IDEAS?

It doesn't say on the website, I made in the same folder the IDEAS exe is a folder called plugin and put them all there, i try to put them in the same folder and they don't install or show up in plugins.

Can someone tell me how to do this? This is probably really simple yet new or something I feel dumb for asking.

for what i know is iDeaS has come with some plugins installed. i can't find an external plugins until now.
