Homebrew How do I get my mii channel back?

When I was installing homebrew on the vwii, I forgot to save the back up because I wasn't paying attention (lol) and I dont know how to get it back. Can someone help me?

Simply install the Wii Mii Channel (from NUS Downloader, or pretty much any wii disc's update partition) with a wad manager

Thanks, but if I mess up on the NUS downloader, it can easily brick my wii u, and uh, as you can tell Im bad at this stuff, so Im going to need some help

you have to RUN the same app from Wii U and it has an option to restore your Mii Channel
