Hacking how do i get backup laucher as a channel?

i have backup launcher fully working through the homebrew channel...but on some youtube videos i noticed that they had it as a channel on the wii desktop .....how do i do this?

Get a channel wad and use wad manager to install it. USE SEARCH NEXT TIME!
