How do I fix my system font?

Hey, as you can see in the attached link, my font and graphics are acting weird with some programs, like firefox 4. In chrome it all works perfectly.
So what do I do to fix this?
I looked at the font settings and stuff, but nothing worked

Ah I fixed it, I enabled morphological filtering in CCC.
I dunno that that is though but it screwed some things up.
