Couldn't him just open it in Homebrew Launcher? If they could run FBI.
They can't because no homebrew launcher supports 8.1.0-0JCouldn't him just open it in Homebrew Launcher?

There's a smartphone app (iOS and Android) called Fing that will list all devices connected to your network, just look for any device that has a nintendo tag on it.---BUMP ALERT---
(I guess it is relevant since more n3DS users will want their IP for NTRCFW.
I can't find it at all. Even going into router settings brings up my 3DS's IPv4, which is 10.0.0.145. As deep as I dive into the physical computer and router settings, nothing close to "192.168.0" comes up. My computer is 10.0.0.71. I doesn't make sense but I really want to get to streaming with my 20FPS.
I saw a setting for changing my n3DS to use a reserved IP (which my 3DS's IPv4 address is automatically input) instead of a DCHP. (I think it's DCHP)
Anyway, help?
The guide says to go to different networks, but you have to be on the same network (at least from my experience) to get the IP. I can't find it when my 3DS is on 2.4G and my PC is on 5G.---BUMP ALERT---
