I'm looking for methods on exporting/importing PSX saves onto my computer so I can continue my games without losing progress with ePSXe. My current method is using uLaunch elf to copy and paste the PSX save files directly to my USB flash drive. These files don't have an extension type (epsxe uses .mcr for an entire memory card), I'm not sure if that is important.

Also is there a memory card manager for psx+epsxe saves like mymc for ps2+pcsx2.

According to http://www.ngemu.com/forums/showthread.php?t=101812 ePSXe uses a raw format where an image of the PSX memory card can be loaded as the *.mcr file.

I don't know if it's possible to dump a whole PSX memory card to your USB as an image (.bin, .img, etc) as I haven't used any PSX features with any of the PS2 homebrew so as far as that goes, I hope what I said was of any help.
Hope you'll mention the solution if you find it.

I figured out how to do it, though I can't seem to find the original program that I used for transfering raw psx saves to the psx memory card manager.

I used a program similar to this which can import/export raw psx saves. If you make a new psx memory card (.mcr), you can import all your psx raw saves from using ulaunchelf (just copy paste from your psx memory card to your usb device).
