TBH I just use HaxServer and it's worked 100% as long as Wii U doesn't do weird stuff, sometimes on cold boot it'll just refuse to load any page in the browser, exploit or otherwise, but that's only if I massively screw something up like reading a bad address using kernel and it panics. Latest version has a GUI, just run it, window will pop up, you can put .bin files in /payloads, boot.elf goes in /data, run ipconfig -all to get your computer's local IP, then you just go to http://<localip>/payload?elfloader and it'll load elfloader.bin which will chainload to request boot.elf
