Hacking How do I delete wii channels?

I deleted the photo channel and everybody votes through the data management but its still there on my wii..is it possible to download a .wad for these wii channels and delete them usin a wad manager so they don't show up on my wii menu? Will this also give me some more blocks to work with?

Instead of passively aggressively answering your question incorrectly, I'll give you a real answer:

Yes you can delete the News and Weather channels using the AnyTitle Deleter homebrew app. However, it will not free up any more blocks for virtual console channels. Unless the channels are really bothering you, there isn't an advantage to removing them.
