I want to have a new custom title for my custom forwarded DS title, and the game itself won't update to my new title. The fact that it runs off at 'Shadow' is gonna drive me nuts at this rate. Is there any way I can change the title ID or clear of this record of the title ID in order to have it update to the new title ID?

Also, I checked, and the title ID is 0003000400000000, when all the other NDSForwarders have some kind of randomly-assigned number to them. Is that normal, or no?

Not random - try converting the titleid-low from hex to ascii, on the Wii and DSi an application with a product code of let's say NTR-COCK-USA should have a titleID of 00030004-434F434B (COCK = 434F434B), but ultimately it's just a non-mandatory convention (the Wii HBC 1.1.2 uses 00010000-af1bf516, where af1bf516 are all non-printable characters in strict ascii)

clear of this record of the title ID
It's been a long time but iirc the activity log is stored (different parts) both in shared extdata f000000b (the one that also includes the mii database) and the save of the log viewer title?
