Hacking how do i convert .3ds to .cia?

Unfortunatly, i found nothing in the first page of 3ds hacking forum nor in the search option

once again i foung it alone, i had to restart filezilla
now I mneed help because i get the error message : ExHeader decryption failedm. Wrong XORpad

as for then game, like everyone i guess, pokemon ultra moon

The file you where trying to convert was a built for citra therefor unable to be converted with that tool.
You will have to try and find something else. GL

so, I've managed to get a cia, but now it,s been 2 hours I'm transfering it to my 3ds sd card and it transfer very slowly
But now I realised by refreshing filezilla that the cia file size is decreasing
anyone can tell me if its normal?
also, when I said it transfer very slowly, I mean an average of 100MB per 15 minutes
