Hacking Suggestion How do enable the NXTheme Installer custom KIP

So NXTheme Installer has a custom theme KIP which allows you to cycle or shuffle themes here https://github.com/exelix11/SysThemeSwitcher anyways I do I get Atmosphere or Hekate to run it? I can't figure out which folder to put it in.
