I was hacking my other wii using xzxero's mod and all has gone well until I tried to launch bootmii,
It was installed as boot 2 but doesn't show up when I restart,
I also tried to find it by pressing home in the HBC but no luck.

You need the Bootmii files on your sd card.
To start from HBC you have to install as Bootmii IOS also.

In his guide he said delete everything on the sd card,
So I'll just have to reinstall it.

Did you back it up to PC before deleting it? thats what is meant by this, or rename the bootmii folder to bootmii_backup etc so its not started at boot.

Are you at the update stage or the Modify stage?

I went with his guide and deleted everything off the sd card and then put the modify.zip files on it,

Do you know anywhere I can get the bootmii folder and its contents?.

The modify stage where I make a nand backup

read the instructions more carefully... launching bannerbomb v1 (for firmwares 4.1 and under) must be done via the wii--> data management-->sd card method

and launching bannerbomb v2 (for 4.2 firmwares) must be done via the sd card button on the main system menu screan
