Hacking How can I install pkgs without a USB?

As the title says. I heard flatz made a way to install pkg files via ftp. How's it work? Anyone figure it out? Haven't got access to a USB device at the moment.. But I really want to install this game.

Yes you can. But that's not the point of this thread. FYI. As long as long as its exfat. The ps4 will recognise it.
