I do not own Cubic Ninja, so I need a way to play 3ds or Ds games on my old3Ds by hacking it without cubic ninja.
I'm italian, sorry for my bad english

I need a step by step tutorial because I don't want my 3ds to freeze or something like that...

Purchase or borrow OOT3D, Nintendo Select version is very generous to the modding community ;)

Then you need a way to install the exploited save... The only other way to do this is by waiting for a new BrowserHax (who knows when that will be), having a friend with an exploited 3DS do the OOT3Dhax for you, or using a Powersave (I've seen them at my local gamestop for like 20/30 USD)
You can use Powersave to inject the exploited save into OOT3D and then from perform the "hack" you want to use. I'm sporting CFW as of now but if you only want Homebrew then the OOT3Dhax is as far as you'd need to go. You need to explain further what you mean by "hack" because it could refer to Homebrew or CFW. Then there's CFW on emuNAND and CFW on sysNAND with a couple different ways to run CFW and multiple CFW available.

As far as a guide here are some links.
Homebrew: http://smealum.github.io/3ds/ <- This is where you can get the homebrew starter pack to setup your SD card to run Homebrew.
Downgrading: http://www.modzlink.com/3ds-106-to-92-downgrade <- A nice guide for 10.6 to 9.2 downgrading which is nessesary for CFW (ignore cubic ninja steps as they are only necessary if you use cubic ninja as your exploit)
CFW overview: http://hackinformer.com/2015/07/03/beginners-guide-cfw-3ds/ <- A nice overview of the different CFW available
The differences between sysNAND and emuNAND: https://gbatemp.net/threads/guide-a-noobnands-guide-to-sysnand-and-emunand.410439/
A nice guide to install CFW with emuNAND on old3ds: https://www.youtube .com/watch?v=x9ZMJXGtYos <- Remove the space between youtube and .com (I had trouble posting a regular link) He uses a 2DS but it's the same on o3DS or o3DSxl

I would stop after that and get used to the 3ds modding community before getting into the more complicated Arm9LoaderHAX because the brick risk is higher and I wouldn't recommend without being familiar with 3DS modding.
