I just wanted to know if there was a way to get music on your Ps vita without a pc or ps3 because most tutorials I’ve seen needs a pc

Then you need to download them directly to the Vita. Your options are few. The web browser might work but are really outdated. You can use a ftp client if the music you want is on a ftp server. I think there is a torrentclient available, but I doubt that is up to date.

You're not able to play Spotify on the Vita or download songs from Spotify in general
