Hacking how can i extract .save files from DS carts to SD?

There's a couple of games that I'm wanting to extract NDS save files from. DSTWO is the only flashcart I have. I haven't been able to get clear answers in other places, so can someone tell me how, or if it's possible to do this with slot1 carts?
