Gaming Hotel Dusk - The Bookmark, HELP

I can´t get out the bookmark out of the box. I´ve hit it for like 20 mins without any result. I have checked guides but I still can´t get it out, I can only see a small part of it but I can´t start the puzzle.

rotate the box and keep tapping on every face of the box and when you can see a part of the bookmark, you can tap it and take it out (IIRC)

Yeah, there's no other real way around it. It's kinda like that stupid 3x3 or 3x4 square puzzle in Another Code that took forever for me to do, even after I understood exactly what needed to occur.

How much of the bookmark do you need so see to pull it out? I can only see a very small part of it but I can´t start the second puzzle.

Can't start the puzzle?
If I remember correctly, I had to do other stuff first before the game allowed me to trigger the puzzle.
What I know is, if you do not need to give the bookmark yet, no need to try to get it early.
