Yes, but you can rip disks...that you own once you get everything setup.
If you have an OTG adapter (Male micro-usb to Female USB) you could probably use your phone.

buy these in order:
Computer/laptop
Brain Age for Wii U (DS)
Wii U Pro controller

hello. i.m also new with Wiiu mod. I did many search since 1 hour thru the forum, for homebrew guide or specially, softmod guide for Wiiu with 5.5.3. i found only one, softmod, but it's jan 2017. Do you know if an update since ? thanks
