Hacking Homebrew installation

Ok so I had a Wii a few years ago and it was modded with a chip, I had installed the hombrew channel via the Twilight hack so I could play my emus.
Buuut that console was stolen and I've been out of the scene ever since.
I got a Wii from a friend, its got the epoxy on the security chip so I modded it with a Drivekey chip.

Can somone please tell me what would be the easiest way to install homebrew channel? I've read a few things about the Twilight hack not working anymore is this true?
All I want to do is play the old school emulaters.

Thats the simple way?? lol. I think it might be a bit over my head, don't want to brick or anything.
Damn that sucks, Twilight was so easy!
