Is there a way to load an SD2Vita adapter so that a single game or app is loaded? Or some other way to simulate the functions of a Vita gamecard, so that you wouldn't have to remap ux0: to the SD2Vita in order to play said game or app?

The reason I'm wondering is because I have begun porting some homebrew of my own to the Vita, and got inspired by homebrew releases for the Atari, NES, or Coleco. That is, a small amount of "physical copies" alongside the free download.

I recall a 2014 blog post from Yifan about the beginnings of his Vita work, how he specifically avoided the gamecard slot due to concerns about enabling piracy...But of course, that was years before Vitamin and the like had been developed anyway.
