Homebrew homebrew error after trying to install boot9strap

so following the guide i got into homebrew channel just fine and once i got to the part to u had to access SafeB9SInstaller it kept taking to luma3ds so i shutdown my 3ds and took out my sd card to double check that safehaxpayload.bin was on the root of my SD card which it was so i put back my sd card but now when i try to launch homebrew channel i keep getting a

and then a much of letters and numbers i just can't get into homebrew channel at al (systems boots up just fine and i can also get into luma just fine as well.)

Hold select on boot and tell me what version of Luma you're on.

You can't get into homebrew from SoundHax after you have B9S and an updated Luma. Use Rosalina or install the homebrew launcher cia.

I'm starting to wonder how so many people are installing B9S and not realizing it.....
