Hacking Homebrew channel changing from sdcard to USB

Hi.
I moved everything from my sdcard to usb.
Starting homebrew channel, enter settings and press "USB". Then I get a black screen with Exception (DSI) etc etc...

What can be wrong?

The usb memory is formated with ntfs and it 3.72gb

Using 4.3E.

solved...formatted to fat32

NTFS is experimental at best and WBFS is outdated - these days it's FAT32 or bust.
