Hacking 'Home menu' freeze when return from browser

I have recently set up a 9.0e on my 4.4j o3ds console by rxtool and cfw,
but i don't know why it freeze on 'home menu' when i return back to home from browser or notification in emunand
i am just wondering if it is the problem of the firmware cia or i have done something wrong when setting up emunand
also the apps in emunand are duplicated, would they cause problem on what i mentioned above?
Although it doesn't affect my gaming, i just want the emunand work better...

I have no idea what is causing the freezing, but you can fix the duplicate app problem. That is caused because different regions have different versions of the apps, so right now you have both Japanese and European version of them on your emuNAND. You can simply delete the Japanese versions from your emuNAND to fix that, just be careful with what you delete and make some backups just to be safe.

Do you hold L when you boot in the CFW? If you do, don't!

Its happen to me too,
I think the problem is when you change region only all system is changed to europe but the language still japan.

So i use config.3ds from some leaked nintendo sdk. And change language setting to english or somethinh else. And change eula setting to ff.ff

If you use cfw only, you must search config.cia then

i have try to install it but fail
it said import fail...
is it really work without gateway?

and i have search for the decrypt and open emunand with winimage
but how can i delete the apps?

yes there is other .cia that works too, you must search again

if you use rxtools, you can inject fbi app to your emunand
and delete other region app via fbi app

Which region's apps do i need to delete?
Original one or swapped one?

Ps:i successfully solve the freeze problem by formating the emunand in emunand's system setting
(I am just afraid that i would wipe away the data in whole 3ds but finally no problem
